Flowering Onion Batter/Breading Mix case

This one mix allows you to batter prepared onions, bread, then fry. Colossal Onions, cut & battered, open up when they hit the cooking oil. 5 LBS of batter will coat approx. 20- 25 Colossal Onions. Just add Water to make batter. Use dry mix for breading.

Ingredients:  Enriched Bleached Wheat Flour (Enriched with Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Monoitrate, Riboflavin, and Folic Acid), Bleached Wheat Flour, Corn Flour, Corn Meal, Salt, Corn Starch, Spices (including Celery), Leavening (Monocalcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Nonfat Milk, Soy Flour, Whole Egg, Soybean Oil, Xanthan and Guar Gums, and Colored with Oleoresin Paprika.

Contain: Wheat, Milk, Soy, and Egg
