Lillsun Manufacturing Company, Inc. has been supplying quality pizza peels and bakers' woodenware to bakeries and pizzerias for over sixty years. All of our products are hand-crafted in our Huntington, Indiana facility. - The Take-Out Peels have an 8-inch handle and are pointed on both edges as well as the point of the blade.
- The Long Handle Take-Out Peels are used in deeper ovens for easy mobility. The long handle Take-Out peel is pointed on both edges as well as the point of the blade. 
- The Straight Edge Peel has a straight edge to the front of the blade and is sharp on the point only. The handle is smoothly shaped and is available in two lengths.
- The Make-up Peel is pointed on the front of the blade and the smoothly shaped handle is manufactured from the peel itself.
-The Detachable Head Peel is pointed on both edges and the front of the blade. They are used in larger ovens with handles available from 3 feet to 16 feet in length.

Made with the same high grade, well-seasoned lumber as Lillsun Pizza Peels, Oven and Hand Peels are the preferred choice of many of the top bakeries in the U.S. The peels are tapered from one end to the other – making them stronger at the handle while thinner and lighter at the point. We offer peels in several different sizes, which allow you to choose the best peel for your operation. The lengths specified indicate overall length.
-Oval Peel Handles are manufactured of select, well seasoned, straight grain lumber and are 7/8" thick and 1" wide.
