GOLD MEDAL 2191 Condiment Cheese Warmer with dipper (no lighted sign).

Designed for use with #10 size can of cheese (or tin that your product came in) which will fit perfectly inside the warmer. Requires water in tank to heat. VarIble control for fast warm-up. For extra storage or for use with bag cheese, add the 4 QUART stainless steel insert bowl (Sold Separately).

For cheese product, let the cheese heat for 1 to 1½ hours (stirring every 15 minutes) before serving. The pump works best when the cheese is hot. Once product is heated, reduce the heat (stir as needed depending on product)— keep the Heat Control setting at least 150°F to hold a safe product temperature.
