El Nacho Grande Heated Bag Cheese Dispenser 5300

The 5300 Cheese dispenser uses a peristalic pump to dispense the cheese without ever being in contact with the cheese. The cheese is packaged in 140 oz. sealed plastic bags. The bag of cheese is connected to a plastic tube that is inserted in the peristalic pump. The cheese can then be pumped without ever being in contact with the pump. This system eliminates most of the cleaning associated with other pump style cheese dispensers. The 5300 holds two bags of cheese, one for dispensing and one as a backup.
