Each bag will yield around 30 to 32 12" pastries. It cooks well in a shallow fryer like our Gold Medal 8049D FW-9 Shallow Fryer

Elephant Ears are made by frying a large 12" disk of dough. Smother it with butter and cinnamon sugar for a treat worthy of any Fair or Festival. Make it your own by topping with honey, jam, strawberries, fruit, syrup, or confectioners sugar!
