 Melts ready to use caramel in 1.5 to 2 hours. You can work efficiently by melting a batch on one side and dipping apples out of the other.

Melts caramel using a water bath - similar to a double boiler - to prevent the caramel from burning. Place opened caramel cans or insets with block caramel in warmer. Fill the warmer around the cans to 2" below the top. Turn on the warmer.

Also available #2194 Stainless Steel Insert Bowls for melting the caramel blocks or homemade cramel from scratch.
