Adjust the blade setting for fine flakes or a coarser texture to suit your menu. Foot-switch operation leaves your hands available to position the serving cup beneath the chute. The blue-and-white countertop unit measures 13 inches wide, making it suitable for a concession counter or restaurant dessert station. Allow 28.3 inches of clearance with the lid open.
For longer service periods between refills, add the optional #2748-00-100 hopper extension, sold separately. It increases approximate ice capacity to 12 lbs. Broken block ice can also be used when pieces measure approximately 2–3 inches.
